Scope and Consent
The term "personal information" shall describe information that can be associated with a specific person and can be used to identify that person, whether from that data, or from that data and other information that Bentahan.NET has or is likely to have access. Bentahan.NET does not consider personal information to include information that has been made anonymous or aggregated so that it cannot be used, whether in combination with other information or otherwise, to identify a specific user.
By using Bentahan.NET and its related sites, applications, services and tools, or by registering for an account with Bentahan.NET, the user expressly consents to Bentahan.NET's collection, use, disclosure and retention of the user's personal information as described in this User Privacy Policy and in Bentahan.NET's User Agreement. Bentahan.NET may amend this User Privacy Policy at any time by posting the amended terms on this site. All amended terms automatically take effect 30 days after they are initially posted on the site. Additionally, Bentahan.NET will notify the user through via email of any material changes to this User Privacy Policy.
Mobile Privacy
Bentahan.NET may offer the ability for the user to connect with Bentahan.NET's sites, or use Bentahan.NET's applications, services and tools using a mobile device, either through a mobile application or via a mobile optimized website. The provisions of this User Privacy Policy shall apply to all such mobile access and use of mobile devices. This User Privacy Policy will be referenced by all such mobile applications or mobile optimized websites.
Collection of Personal Information
A person can browse the Bentahan.NET website, or related sites, without telling Bentahan.NET who the user is or revealing any personal information about the user. Once a user registers for an account with Bentahan.NET, the user gives Bentahan.NET his/her personal information. If the user chooses to provide Bentahan.NET with personal information, the user consents to the transfer and storage of that information on Bentahan.NET's servers.
Bentahan.NET collects the following types of personal information in order to provide the user with the use of and access to Bentahan.NET's sites, applications, services and tools, and to help Bentahan.NET personalize and improve the user's experience:
Information Bentahan.NET Collects Automatically:
Each visit of a user to the Bentahan.NET sites, use its applications, services and tools, or interact with the advertising or content, Bentahan.NET automatically collects information sent to it by the user's computer, mobile device, or other access device. This information is associated with the user personally only when the user signs in as a registered user, and includes but not limited to:
- device ID or unique identifier, device type, geo-location information, computer and connection information, statistics on page views, traffic to and from the sites, referral URL, ad data, IP address and standard web log information; and
- anonymous information collected through Bentahan.NET's use of cookies and web beacons
Information Provided by Users:
Bentahan.NET collects and stores any information the user enters on Bentahan.NET's sites or provides in the context of using Bentahan.NET's sites, applications, services or tools. This may include, but is not limited to:
- information the user provides Bentahan.NET when registering for an account, including email address, phone number, mobile telephone number and physical contact information;
- additional information the user may provide via social media sites or services;
- transactional information based on user's activities on the sites;

Information Bentahan.NET Collects From Mobile Applications or Devices:
When a user downloads or uses the mobile applications, or access one of the mobile optimized sites, Bentahan.NET may collect information about the user and the user's mobile device as discussed above in this notice. This may include location information as authorized by the user and his device. Bentahan.NET may use this information to provide the user with location based services, such as advertising, search results, and other personalized content.
Bentahan.NET will obtain the user's explicit consent before it collects any sensitive personal information from the user as a result of the use of Bentahan.NET's mobile applications or access of its sites using a mobile device. The user may also be presented with an additional short form privacy notice explaining any additional or specific information Bentahan.NET may collect from that is not listed in this notice.
Information Collection from Sharing and Registration with Social Media
Bentahan.NET offers sign-on services that allow the user to use third party login credentials to access Bentahan.NET and related sites. Bentahan.NET also offers services that allow the user to share information with third party social media websites such as Facebook, Google Plus, Twitter, and others.
The user may choose to provide Bentahan.NET with access to certain personal information stored by such third party websites. The personal information Bentahan.NET has access to varies by website and is controlled by the user's privacy settings on that website and the user's consent. By associating an account managed by a third party with the user's Bentahan.NET account and authorizing Bentahan.NET to have access to this information, the user agrees that Bentahan.NET may collect, use and store information from these websites in accordance with this User Privacy Policy.
Use of Personal Information
Bentahan.NET's primary purpose in collecting personal information is to provide the user with access to its sites and/or use of its services, applications and tools, provide the user with requested customer service and relevant information about the user's account and Bentahan.NET's services, and to provide the user with a safe, smooth, efficient, and customized experience. The user agrees that Bentahan.NET may use the user's personal information to:
- provide the user access to Bentahan.NET's sites and the services and customer support;
- prevent, detect, and investigate, fraud, security breaches, potentially prohibited or illegal activities, and enforce the User Agreement;
- customize, measure and improve services, content and advertising;
- contact the user, either via email or telephone to inform the user of Bentahan.NET's services and those of its partners, subsidiaries and affiliates, deliver targeted marketing, service updates, and promotional offers based on the user's communication preferences;
- compare information for accuracy, and verify it with third parties; and
- contact the user at any telephone number using auto-dialled or pre-recorded message calls or text (SMS) messages (if applicable) as authorized for the purposes described in this User Privacy Policy.
Use of Personal Information for Marketing
The user agrees that Bentahan.NET may use the user's personal information to:
- tell the user about Bentahan.NET and partners, subsidiaries and affiliates websites, applications, services and tools;
- deliver targeted marketing and promotional offers based on the user's communication preferences; and
- personalize, measure and improve Bentahan.NET's advertising, based on the user's ad customization preferences.
Bentahan.NET does not sell or rent the user's personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes without the user's explicit consent.
Disclosure of Personal Information
Bentahan.NET shall disclose personal information to respond to legal requirements, enforce its policies, respond to claims that a listing or other content violates the rights of others, or protect anyone's rights, property, or safety. Such information will be disclosed in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. As stated above, Bentahan.NET does not disclose the user's personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes without the user's explicit consent.
Bentahan.NET may also share the user's personal information with:
- Bentahan.NET's other partners, subsidiaries and affilitates to provide joint content and services (like registration, transactions and customer support), to help detect and prevent potentially illegal acts and violations of the policies, and to guide decisions about their products, sites, applications, tools, services and communications. The foregoing entities may use this information to send the user marketing communications only if the user has consented to their services and will use the user's personal information in compliance with their respective privacy policies.
- Service providers under contract who help with Bentahan.NET's business operations.
- Other Bentahan.NET users, as authorized by the user or his use of the sites, services, applications or tools. For example, where the user is involved in a transaction with another user, the other user may view the email address and request and obtain the other user's contact information and postal address to help complete the transaction.
- Law enforcement or regulatory agencies, or authorized third-parties, in compliance with a Court's order or mandate of applicable laws relating to a criminal or alleged illegal activity or any other activity that may expose Bentahan.NET or the users to legal liability. In such events, Bentahan.NET will disclose such information as may be directed by the Court or the applicable laws. Other business entities, should Bentahan.NET plan to merge with or be acquired by that business entity. Should such a combination occur, Bentahan.NET will require that the new combined entity follow this User Privacy Policy with respect to the user's personal information. If the user's personal information will be used or disclosed for any purposes not set out in this notice, the user will receive prior notification.

Occasionally, at our discretion, we may include or offer third-party products or services on our website. These third-party sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our site and welcome any feedback about these sites.

Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads on our site. Closing of Account and Retention of Personal Information
Upon the user's request, and subject to the provisions in this section, Bentahan.NET will close the user's account and, as soon as reasonably possible, remove the user's personal information so that it cannot be viewed by other users. Removal will be based on the user's account activity and in accordance with applicable laws. Bentahan.NET may also close or deactivate inactive accounts, or accounts that are used in violation of Bentahan.NET's User Agreement.
In general, personal information from closed or inactive accounts will be deleted or rendered anonymous as soon as reasonably possibly after the account is closed or deactivated. Under certain circumstances, Bentahan.NET may retain personal information from closed or inactive accounts for longer. Grounds for doing so would include; prevention of fraud, resolution of disputes, to enforce Bentahan.NET's User Agreement, or to otherwise take actions permitted by law. Under such circumstances this information will be kept as long as it is necessary and relevant for Bentahan.NET's operations, and to comply with any applicable law.
