    Yes, we are using an "escrow" system. We put payment on hold, ensuring that you receive your order, before giving it to the seller.

    Sellers tested and/or checking the items for damages first before sending it to avoid RTS (Return to Sender) issues. But on some the cases, that an item you received is defective, you can send it back to the seller and request a refund of your payment.
